Abstract: This article analyzes the natural and geological environment conditions in Qingxiu district of Nanning city, discusses the failure mechanism and influencing factors of the landslide in the eastern side of Qingxiu district government courtyard, and then establishes the analytical model of landslide stability and five potential slipping surfaces were evaluated in different conditions by means of transfer coefficient method.Finally, according to the evaluation results, the comprehensive treatment plans were proposed.
