Abstract: The management culture of Singapore Nanyang Polytechnic (NYP)mainly reflects the following aspects:the professional spirit is the backbone “to foster students' all-round development”，cultivates talents accordance with international standards， reflects the innovation spirit in everywhere of running school, “teacher oriented”is the core in the college development, makes schools and enterprises closely integrated and reasonable plans.We can receive the enlightenments by the following aspects:Do a good job in higher vocational education should have “professional core thought, whole world in view thought, innovative in all respects thought, teacher oriented thought, business management thought and precision management thought”.
