Abstract: For the installation process and insulation test's requirements of the automobile generator shaft slip ring, it designs the general plan of the slip ring performance detecting device, discusses about the projects of the detecting device's switch, slip ring installation, breakdown test and touchscreen interface, and analyzes the common faults and their handling methods.
