交变磁场下脉冲电沉积制备金刚石工具

    Diamond Tool Preparation of Pulse Electrodeposition in Alternating Magnetic Field

    • 摘要: 在制备纳米镍-钴镀层电镀金刚石工具的过程中,外加交变磁场,磁场方向与电场方向垂直。利用扫描电镜和X射线衍射观察结果表明:交变磁场的引入可使镀层表面晶粒细化,让纳米镍-钴合金镀层表面更平整、致密;在外加交变磁场电压为150 V时,镀层硬度达到632HV。与传统制法相比,150V交变磁场下,脉冲电沉积制备的金刚石工具使用寿命提高了1.3倍。

       

      Abstract: Electroplated diamond tool was prepared by pulse electrodeposition in external alternate magnetic field.The external alternate magnetic field is vertical to the electric field direction.The observation result under SEM (Scanning Electron Microscope)and X-ray diffraction shows that alternating magnetic field is introduced to refine the crystal grain size of the plating, make the Nano Ni-Co alloy coating becomes smooth and compact; The hardness of the plating reaches the maximum value 632HV of 150V alternating magnetic field.The service life of the diamond tool of 150V alternating magnetic field is 1.3 times as that of the tools without magnetic field applied.
