高职食品专业“三结合、四同步”人才培养模式研究

    Research on Talent Cultivation M ode of“Three-in-one combination, Four Synchronization”on Higher Vocational Education of Food Specialty

    • 摘要: 针对我国高职教育中食品专业人才培养现状及存在的问题,研究构建“三结合、四同步”人才培养模式,从课程体系、教学模式、考核模式及该模式得以实施的措施等方面进行了深入探讨。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problem of teaching on food processing technology pointed out in our higher vocational education, how to construct the talent training mode of “Three-in-one combination, Four Synchronization”, and the curriculum system, teaching mode, Assessment model and the teaching quality guarantee are deeply discussed.
