Abstract: It analyzes the competitive selection talent mode historical necessity and the new-era competitive selection talent features, researches the four kinds of indexes:basic ability index, public qualitative index, specialty index and evaluation index.It sets the probation period of the selection talents and discusses the six kinds of optimal selection methods of the probation period.It also researches the selection evaluation talent quality methods of social dynamic requirement.
