Abstract: Due to the soak, washing of flood, there are often some dangerous cases on the inner side of Yellow River dike, such as cracking, loopholes and so on.The situation will get worse because of the continuous flow washing and soak.In order to isolate the hidden danger from flood, create the better emergency condition, by technical analysis, it designs a combined mobile cofferdam.It can control the flood effectively, rescue and save the cofferdam quickly.At the same time, the cofferdam is easily combined, removable, easy to use and effective.
