Abstract: College student science and technology innovation activity plays an important role in improving their innovation consciousness, innovation spirit and innovation ability.Based on the science and technology innovation activity questionnaire survey of Yellow River Conservancy Technical Institute students, it focuses on the present environment situation, the present innovation ability situation and present incentive mechanism and so on, adopts to strengthen propaganda, format the mechanism, form the team, cooperate with the enterprises and emphasize on the key items to encourage the students to participate in the science and technology innovation activity.
