摘要: 图书馆人才队伍建设是图书馆建设的重要因素。从年龄、工龄、受教育程度等几个方面对黄河水院图书馆现有人才队伍构成情况进行分析，沿着人才需求、人才培养、人才结构的思路，研究图书馆人才队伍建设的策略。

Abstract: Talent team construction of the library is the important factor of library construction.It analyzes the existing personnel composition of school library from the aspects of age, working years, education level, etc.Following the idea of talent demand, talent training, talent structure, it studies the talent team construction of the library.
