内蒙古辉腾锡勒风电场发电机基础开裂研究

    Research on Generator Base Cracking of Huitengxile Wind Power Plant in Inner Mongolia

    • 摘要: 风力发电机组的基础是风力发电机组的重要支撑结构,设计精度要求高。以辉腾锡勒风电场工程为例,通过建立风力发电机基础的三维非线性有限元模型,对风力发电机组的基础进行配筋设计。在充分考虑材料非线性的前提下,对风机基础结构的裂缝分布及裂缝宽度进行了研究。结果显示:对于风力发电机基础整体配筋而言,基础钢环外侧的竖向钢筋应力值最大,改变配筋设计,可以确保风机基础的裂缝分布及裂缝宽度满足运行要求。

       

      Abstract: The base of wind turbine generator set is an important supporting structure of wind turbine.Take Huitengxile wind power plant as examples, it conducts reinforcement design of wind turbine generator set base through the establishment of the three-dimensional nonlinear finite element model of wind turbine generator set base.In the full consideration of materialnonlinear feature, and on the premise of conducts reinforcement design of wind turbine generator set base, it analyzes the crack distribution and crack width of wind turbine generator base structure.The results show that for the overall reinforcement of wind turbine generator base, when the vertical reinforcement stress value of base steel ring outside become maximal, and if carries on the reasonable design of reinforcement, the crack distribution and crack width of wind turbine generator base can meet the operation requirement.
