3Cr17型模具钢碳化物偏析问题研究

    Research on 3Cr17 Mold Steel Carbide Segregation

    • 摘要: 3Cr17型模具钢具有优良的综合力学性能,但由于工艺设计和成分控制上的欠缺,是造成碳化物不均匀度级别较高、形态较差、偏析严重,直接影响了钢材的工艺性能和使用性能。通过对3Cr17型模具钢碳化物偏析问题的研究,提出在(940±10)℃加热1 h,在此期间快速油冷2次,然后,在730℃保温2~3 h,再随炉冷却的热处理方案。

       

      Abstract: 3Cr17 mold steel has excellent mechanical properties.The lack of control on the process design and components results in a higher uneven level of carbide, poor shape and segregation, which influence the process performance and usability performance of steel.Through the research on 3Cr17 mold steel carbide segregation, it puts forward a plan that heating it 1h at 940±10 ℃, doing fast oil cooling twice, and then incubating in 730 ℃ 2~3 h, then cooling with the furnace.
