Abstract: Chaoshan folk sports are important part of Chaoshan's long history and culture.In this paper,taking Chaoshan folk sports as the research object,combs the basic characteristics and contemporary value of Chaoshan folk sports,then put forward six sustainable,constructive inherit countermeasures：government guidance,market-driven;in-depth publicity,widely popularized;pay attention to the inheritance and focus on innovation;set up a base,walk into the campus;strengthen the teachers,cultivate the posterity;pay attention to the scientific research,strengthen exchanges.
