Abstract: In this paper，it analyzes the influence factors of earth and rockfill dam slope instability，establishes the fuzzy risk model of slope instability and discusses the method of solving this model.And taking the earth and rockfill dam instability risk assessment as an example，it analyzes the application of this model.
