离子液体双水相体系萃取分离染料溶液研究

    Research on Extraction and Separation Dye Solution of Aqueous Two-phase System of Ionic Liquid JI Yan-pei

    • 摘要: 建立了由亲水性离子液体BmimCl和K2HPO4形成的双水相体系萃取分离罗丹明B溶液的新方法。分析了盐的浓度、染料溶液的浓度、pH值、温度等因素对萃取率的影响。结果表明,离子液体为500μL,盐的加入量为6.0 g,溶液在酸性或中性条件下,BmimCl-K2HPO4双水相体系对70 μg/ml罗丹明B溶液的萃取率能达到95%以上。除此之外,在相同条件下,该双水相体系对孔雀石绿溶液、亚甲基蓝溶液以及甲基橙溶液均有较好的萃取率和萃取容量。

       

      Abstract: In this paper,it establishes a new method of extracting and separating Rhodamine B solution by the aqueous two-phase system which formed by the hydrophilic ionic liquid BmimCl and K2HPO4.It also analyzes the influence factors of salt concentration,dye solution concentration,pH value and temperature on extraction rate.The result shows that when the ionic liquid volume is 500μL,the amount of salt is 6.0 g,in the acidic or neutral solution,the extraction rate of BmimCl-K2HPO4aqueous two-phase system to 70μg/m l Rhodamine B solutions will reach more than 95%.Beyond that,in the same conditions,this aqueous two-phase system has better extraction rate and extraction capacity to malachite green solution,methylene blue solution and methyl orange solution all.
