Abstract: Due to the unbalance influence of scientific and humanistic education，blind transplantation of the western university system，formalization of humanistic quality education and other factors，there are many problems and deficiencies of the humanistic quality education in our colleges.Aiming at this situation，this paper reflects on these questions from the perspective of combining theory with practice，seeks for solution ways of humanistic quality education difficulties in present colleges from several aspects，such as to update the school management theory，to strengthen the humanistic quality education teaching system construction and create campus culture atmosphere，which has great significance and value.
