基于“互联网+防汛”黄河基层河务局决策系统研究

    Study on Decision-making System of Yellow River Primary Affair Bureau Based on “Internet+Flood Prevention”

    • 摘要: 基于“互联网+防汛”的黄河基层河务局决策系统采用B/S结构,服务器端使用Web服务器、数据库服务器、地理信息系统向客户端提供数据和地图信息,客户端采用浏览器。探讨了系统的设计思路和建立防洪工程资料库、构建系统的关键技术,对系统的防洪工程数据与图形切换、防洪工程查询、险情预估、防洪料物管理、抢险物资计算等功能进行了分析。

       

      Abstract: The decision making system of Yellow River Primary Affair Bureau based on “Internet+Flood Prevention” adopts B/S structure,the server side provides data and map information to the client by using Web server,database server,Map InfoXtreme for Windows,the client uses the browser.This paper discusses the design idea of system and the key technology of flood control project database establishment and the systems construction,and analyzes the functions of the system,such as data and graphics switching of flood control project,flood control project inquire,dangerous case forecast,flood control material management,emergency supplies calculation,etc.
