On Work Practice and Exploration of Teaching Informatization Promoted by Higher Vocational College under the “Internet+” Strategy

摘要: 在对国家信息化发展战略下教学信息化充分认识的基础上，提出推进教学信息化需要更新教育观念、优化硬件设施、提升应用能力、完善制度建设的观点，结合工作实践，论述了黄河水院校内教学资源库建设、教学空间建设、教师教学能力提升、机制创新等推动教学信息化建设的实践探索。

Abstract: On the basis of fully understand of the teaching informatization under the national informatization development strategy，this paper puts forward that to promote the teaching informatization need to update education concepts，optimize hardware facilities，improve application ability and perfect the system construction.Combining the working practice，it analyzes the practice and exploration of promoting the teaching informationization construction in institute，such as teaching resource database construction，teaching space construction，teachers'teaching ability promotion，mechanism innovation，etc.
