心理契约视角下高职院校“幸福校园”建设研究

    Study on “Happy Campus” Construction in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Psychological Contract Perspective

    • 摘要: 从心理契约层面揭示了高职院校师生“幸福感”缺失的原因,探讨了心理契约在高职院校“幸福校园”建设中的作用机制,并有针对性地提出高职院校构建“幸福校园”的有效途径,如:构建政府与高职院校双主体互惠的心理契约模式;高职院校应积极开展幸福校园文化的探索;高职院校应构建师生心理契约动态管理与沟通模式;高职院校师生应构建自我心理契约与健康幸福观的反馈机制等。

       

      Abstract: This paper reveals the reasons of the absence of teachers and students' “happiness” in higher vocational colleges from the aspect of psychological contract,discusses the action mechanism of psychological contract in higher vocational colleges “happy campus” construction,and put forward the effective paths to build “happy campus” pointedly,such as construct the psychological contract model of the government and higher vocational college double subjects mutual benefit;higher vocational colleges should develop higher vocational happy campus culture exploration actively;higher vocational colleges should construct psychological contract dynamic management and communication mode between teachers and students;teachers and students in higher vocational colleges should build his own self feedback mechanism of psychological contract and health happiness view.
