Abstract: The school-enterprise cooperation is an important form of vocational education talents cultivation at present.There are still many problems of school-enterprise cooperation，such as，what the school pursued is the quality of talent cultivation but the enterprise pursues high production efficiency，therefore，there is contradiction between the two parts.The talents cultivation of school-enterprise training base cooperation is an important supplement of school-enterprise cooperation mode，it can reconcile the contradiction between school and enterprise better and further improve the quality of vocational education talents cultivation.It introduces the advantage and method of school-enterprise training base cooperation from the differences between it and school-enterprise cooperation，and further expatiates the regional marketing talents cultivation method by the case of school-enterprise training base cooperation carried by Shaoguan high skills training base and Guangdong Songshan Polytechnic College.
