Abstract: Higher vocational teaching is mainly in skill training，which puts an emphasis on the process rather than result.The aim of teaching is to make student learn and master skills in the process of participation，rather than the problem solved or not.This requires the learning task and its implementation process be attractive to ensure the teaching effect.The leading of scarce resources competition mechanism will greatly mobilize students’independent participation，improve the depressing phenomenon in class and make the learning more interesting.
