Abstract: Improving the ecological performance audit has the vital significance to promote the construction of ecological civilization in our country.Based on the macro framework of PSR model，it builds an ecological performance audit comprehensive evaluation index system by adopting analytic hierarchy process which can be applied in the water environment，atmospheric environment，soil environment and other items.This system combines qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis.Its evaluation scope is comprehensive，scientific，and extensive，which can better serve the ecological performance audit in our country.
