塑性混凝土抗压强度试验研究

    Research on Plastic Concrete Crushing Strength Test

    • 摘要: 为了揭示水胶比、水泥掺入率、膨润土掺入率、沙率、粉煤灰掺入率等因素对塑性混凝土抗压强度的影响机理,设计了5组共75个尺寸为150 mm×150 mm×150 mm的塑性混凝土立方体试块,开展了抗压强度试验。试验结果表明:水胶比、水泥用量、膨润土用量、沙率、粉煤灰用量等因素是影响塑性混凝土抗压强度的主要因素。塑性混凝土的抗压强度随着水胶比的增大、膨润土掺入率的增大和沙率的增大而降低,并随着水泥掺入率的增大而增大、随着粉煤灰掺入率的增大而降低。

       

      Abstract: In order to show the influence mechanism of water binder ratio,concrete mixture rate,bentonite mixture rate,sand rate,flyash rate and other factors to plastic concrete crushing strength,it designs 75 150 mm×150 mm×150 mm plastic concrete test cubes of 5 groups to test crushing strength.The test shows that the water binder ratio,concrete content,bentonite content,sand rate,coal ash content are the main factors to influence plastic concrete.The plastic concrete crushing strength will become weak,when the water binder ratio,concrete mixture rate,bentonite mixture rate,sand rate,coal ash rate increase.
