Abstract: With the transformation and upgrading of modern social and economic development,the talent needs of enterprises have been a trend of diversification.They gradually pay more attention to the quality and ability than education background.According to the present higher vocational college student source features and the national vocational education policy,from the perspective of a middle-aged and young teacher in a vocational college,we discuss the present problems of higher vocational education and its countermeasures to provide beneficial advice for the persistent development and high-quality talent cultivation of higher vocational college.
