Abstract: Computer user interface is the key link of people to operate and control the whole computer software system and the information exchange bridge to coordinate and link computer and people.It analyzes the user interface layout principle,according to the Tarim River basin water dispatch remote monitoring system function,it discusses each interface design and implementation methods of this monitoring system.
