Abstract: In recent years,higher vocational colleges have developed greatly,made some achievements and got social acceptance.But the quality of education,specialty structure,vocational characteristics and service ability of some higher vocational colleges have not been able to adapt the new situation of higher vocational education development.According to the current situation of Shanxi Yuncheng Agricultural Vocational College,it gives some measures to strengthen the connotation construction,such as construct the excellent characteristic specialty to serve the local industry,construct the curriculum system to cultivate the vocation ability,improve the training base level based on school－enterprise cooperation,strengthen teaching team construction based on double－quality teacher,innovate the talent cultivation model based on school－enterprise cooperation.
