Abstract: From the economic growth, social stability and ecosystem protection, it divides the urban ecological water system ecological economic value into economic value,social value and ecological environment value.According to the emergy analysis theory, it analyzes the assessment methods of urban ecological water system ecological economic value,and uses this method to calculate the ecological economic value of Zhongmou County in Henan Province of 2015,2020 and 2030.
