预应力混凝土桥梁孔道磨阻现场测试及研究

    Research on Duct Friction Resistance Field Test of Prestress Concrete Bridge

    • 摘要: 引用预应力混凝土桥梁孔道摩阻试验原理,针对海南省龙沐湾大道跨西环高铁立交桥预应力混凝土连续箱梁,选取2m小梁束、25m梁长中梁N1束(5根)和N3束(4根)、30m边梁N1束(6根)进行摩阻度检测,结果表明,在现有施工水平下,孔道摩阻系数μ和偏差系数k的实测值与设计取值不同,即预应力筋的预应力损失与设计值略有不同。因此,施工时,应酌情调整张拉控制力。

       

      Abstract: It analyzes the prestress concrete bridge duct friction resistance test principle.Aiming at prestress concrete continuous box girder of Longyuwan Road cross-western ring Road high-speed train flyover in Hainan Province, it makes the friction resistance detection of selecting 2m small girder bunch,25m middle girder N1 bunch(5),30m N3 bunch(4), boundary girder N1 bunch(6).The results show that with the present construction level, the real tested values of duct friction resistance coefficient μ and deviation factor k are different from the designed ones,that is prestress loss of prestress reinforcement is different from designed one.So, it should adjust the tension controlling force of construction.
