现代师徒制教学模式的知识管理路径研究

    • 摘要: 现代师徒制是工学结合、顶岗实习发展的产物,是现代职业教育的重要抓手,也是职业教育方式的重要补充。利用知识转换和场理论,分析了现代师徒制教学模式中的知识传递过程、知识传递规律、知识传递环境和机制。提出了相应的激励措施,使师傅发挥主观能动性,把自己的技能通过演示传递出来,积极挖掘自己的隐性知识,并不断使隐性知识表达出来。建议构建一定的管理机制,激励学徒积极探索、认真模仿、刻苦练习、勤于总结,在师傅的传带过程中勇于创新,提升自我。

       

      Abstract: The modern mentorship is the product of work-integrated learning and internship development.It is an important part and supplement of vocational education.Based on the knowledge conversion and field theory, it analyzes the knowledge transmission process,rule, environment and mechanism of modern mentorship teaching mode.It motivates master’s subjective initiative and to pass on his own skills through the demonstration, encourages master to explore their own tacit knowledge and express it.Based on the management mechanism, it encourages apprentices to explore actively,imitate carefully,practice hard, make good summary, strive to make inventions and improve themselves in the master's transmission process.
