Abstract: It set 10 working conditions according to the different angle between drill rod and working face when hydraulic hammer working，and used the Solidworks Simulation software analysis the impact characteristics of drill rod under the 10 working conditions，we got maximum stress and speed of the response curve，found out the influence of the angle for stress and displacement.
