胺类甲醛清除剂的甲醛净化效果研究

    Research on Formaldehyde Purification Effect of Amine Formaldehyde Removal Agent

    • 摘要: 选取硫酸铵、二乙醇胺、二正丙胺和二乙烯三胺为固定剂,探讨了各溶液的pH值、浓度和清除时间对甲醛清除率的影响。结果表明:在pH值等于11、物质的量浓度为0.1 mol/L时,甲醛的清除率最大;反应开始18 h后,甲醛的清除率基本达到稳定。硫酸铵与有机胺的复配实验表明,将硫酸铵分别与二乙醇胺、二正丙胺、二乙烯三胺按照1∶2.5、1∶3、1∶2.5的比例复配,可以制备出性能更为优异的胺类甲醛清除剂。

       

      Abstract: By selecting the ammonium sulphate,diethanolamine,dipropylamine and diethylenetriamine as fixed agents,it discusses effect of solution pH,concentration and removal time to formaldehyde removal rate.The results show that the removal rate of formaldehyde is the highest in the solution pH=11 and the solution concentration was 0.1mol/L,and the removal rate of formaldehyde is basically stable after the reaction of 18hs.Compound composition experiment of ammonium sulfate and organic amine show that with the ratio of ammonium sulfate to diethanolamine 1:2.5,ammonium sulfate to dipropylamine 1:3,ammonium sulfate to diethylenetriamine 1:2.5,the better removal agent of amine formaldehyde can be prepared.
