Abstract: It analyzes the present situation and the talent demand of new energy automobile industry，puts forward the cultivation mode of“Post-orientation，Ability-progression”，and the curriculum teaching model of“Six-step，Four-combination”to establish specialty curriculum system to follow the law of growth.It provides a useful reference for the development of new energy automobile technology specialty talent cultivation scheme and the design of the curriculum system for the similar colleges in China.
