高石粉含量机制沙对混凝土性能影响的试验研究

    Experiment Research on Influence of High Stone Powder Content Machin-made Sand to Concrete Performance

    • 摘要: 为了能够合理地利用生产机制沙的副产物石粉,通过实验分析了3种水灰比(0.45、0.55、0.65)、6种石粉含量(5%、10%、15%、20%、25%、30%)、28 d龄期的混凝土的抗压强度和抗渗性能。试验结果表明:适当的石粉含量能提高混凝土的抗压强度和抗渗性能,对于中低强度机制沙混凝土,水灰比为0.45,0.55和0.65时石粉含量应分别控制在9%,14%和10%左右。

       

      Abstract: In order to be able to reasonably use the by-product powder of machine-made sand, through the experiment, it analyzes three kinds of water cement ratio (0.45, 0.55, 0.65), six kinds of stone powder content(5%,10%,15%,20%,25%,20%),the compressive strength and impermeability of the age of 28 d concrete performance.Experimental results show that the appropriate stone powder content can improve the compressive strength and impermeability of concrete performance,for the middle and lower strength machine-made sand concrete, water cement ratio 0.45, 0.55 and 0.65 stone powder content should be controlled at 9%,14%and 10% respectively.
