Abstract: “One Belt and One Road” is the major strategic deployment of the nation＇s overall development of party central committee，is also the important support to further implement the strategy of overall foreign.Higher vocational colleges should take “One Belt and One Road”construction as the effective carrier of education function，construct the Chinese discourse system and serve the national strategic opportunity.By mixing way of running school to cultivate innovative talents，cooperating with government and enterprises to improve education chain drive coupling，with craftsman spirit to infiltrate education teaching development.Higher vocational colleges should actively participate in the “One Belt and One Road” construction， at the same time， also need to national related functional departments and social trade industry to support in state strategy service， expanding the opening level and deepening mutual communication， etc.
