Abstract: Lianyungang local culture is the spiritual soil that Lianyungang inherits from generation to generation，and provides abundant spiritual resources for the education of colleges and universities.In order to fully excavate and inherit the important value of local traditional culture，colleges and universities must fully exert their aesthetic elements to educate people while excavating the historical orientation of traditional culture.Jiangsu College of Finance and Accounting makes full use of local intangible cultural heritage inheritance activities and patriotism education base to carry out a series of characteristic education in colleges and universities practice.On this basis，it puts forward that the local traditional culture can be integrated into practice education in colleges and universities.In order to achieve double results，colleges and universities can use local traditional culture to ＂breastfeed＂college courses， and rely on college students＇associations to carry out campus cultural activities with special features.
