小型水电站混流式水轮机增效扩容改造研究

    Research on Increasing Efficiency and Expanding Capacity of Mixed Flow Turbine in Small Hydropower Station

    • 摘要: 针对我国目前数量众多的小型水电站机电设备,尤其是卧式混流式水轮机严重老化、达不到额定出力等问题,探讨了混流式水轮机转轮和导水机构的优化设计。试验结果表明,通过优化水轮机流道水力设计和活动导叶出口安放角,机组效率、出力、噪音和振动可以得到明显改善。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the large number of mechanical and electrical equipment of small hydropower stations in our country at present,especially the mixed flow horizontal turbine is seriously aged and cannot reach its rated output and other problems,the optimal design of runner and water guiding apparatus of mixed flow turbine is discussed.The test shows that the efficiency,output,noise and vibration of the unit were obviously improved by optimizing the hydraulic design of turbine runner and installation angle of the movable guide vane outlet.
