Abstract: EQ is very important for higher vocational college student employment.The students with high EQ tend to obtain the opportunities of employment successfully.We should effectively carry out the higher vocational college student EQ education based on employability,establish the conception of EQ and IQ education together, make the classroom teaching play the important role.We also should pay much attention to the practice teaching, innovate platform permeation EQ education, promote the teachers' EQ and establish the psychological health education institution and teaching team.Then it provides theoretical and practical support for the EQ education.
