Abstract: According to the author’s experience in vocational education and training in Germany, it researches the learning field course system construction of Germany “Dual System” vocational education talent cultivation program.It also reveals the enlightenment of the unity of formulation process,the construction of specialty course system,the deep participation of industry associations and the implementation of productive training teaching to our vocational education cultivation program formulation.
