    核桃壳生物质炭去除环境水中硫化物的研究

    Research on Removal of Sulfide from Environment Water By Walnut Shell Biochar

    • 摘要: 采用亚甲基蓝分光光度法测定水中硫化物的含量,并以吸附温度、炭化温度、吸附时间、固液比为因素,设计4因素4水平的正交试验方案,探索最佳试验条件制备的核桃壳生物质炭。结果表明:当吸附温度为30℃、炭化温度为500℃、吸附时间为70 min、固液比为0.35 mg/mL时,对水样中硫化物的去除率为80.07%。

       

      Abstract: The sulfide content in water was measured by methylene blue spectrophotometry.Taking the adsorption temperature,the carbonization temperature,the adsorption time and the solid-liquid ratio as factors,four factors and four levels of orthogonal experimental scheme were designed to explore the best experimental conditions for preparing the walnut shell biochar.According to the experimental results,the sulfide removal rate of 100 mL environmental water was 80.07%when the adsorption temperature was 30℃,the carbonization temperature was 500℃,the adsorption time was 70 min and the solid-liquid ratio was 0.35 mg/ml.
