    Problems and Countermeasures of Automobile Repair Talent Cultivation Mode of“School-enterprise Cooperation and Work-study Alternation”

    • 摘要: 为了提高汽修人才培养质量,解决学校教学资源不足、汽修企业用人成本高的难题,很多高职院校采取“校企合作、工学交替”的人才培养模式。在具体实施过程中,该人才培养模式在学校、企业、学生、政策等方面存在一些问题。针对这些问题,提出如下建议:学校应重视安全教育,从严管理学生,负责人才培养模式的实施;企业应注重长远利益,充分利用各方资源解决自身用人成本问题;学生应明确实训目标,提升综合能力并及时自我总结反思;政府应给予相关政策保障,严格保证监管质量。学校、企业、学生、政府要加强协作,共同解决汽修人才培养模式实施过程中的诸多难题,以实现学校、企业、学生三方共赢的改革思路。

       

      Abstract: In order to improve the quality of automobile repair talent cultivation, to solve the problem of insufficient teaching resources in schools and high employment costs in automobile repair enterprises,many vocational colleges adopt the talent cultivation mode of “school-enterprise cooperation and work-study alternation”.During the specific implementation process of this talent cultivation mode,there are some problems in schools, enterprises, students, policies and other aspects.In view of these problems, it proposed that schools should attach importance to safety education,strictly manage students,and be responsible for the implementation of talent cultivation mode.Enterprises should pay attention to long-term interests and make full use of all resources to solve their own labor costs.Students should be clear about the training objectives, improve their comprehensive ability and timely self-reflection; government should give relevant policy safeguard and supervise quality strictly.Schools, enterprises, students and the government should strengthen cooperation,and jointly solve many problems in the implementation of automobile repair talent cultivation mode, so as to achieve a three win-win situation among schools, enterprises and students.
