    基于“知识生产模式3”的现代学徒制人才培养模式研究

    Research on Modern Apprenticeship Talent Cultivation Mode Based on Knowledge Production Mode 3

    • 摘要: 现代学徒制人才培养模式是职业教育的有力抓手。基于知识生产模式3的规律,分析了现代学徒制人才培养过程的多主体参与、多层次传递、多知识集群及网络化运用等特征,提出了现代学徒制人才培养模式的完善策略。即通过制订实施过程中主体行为准则、营造各层次知识传递场、有效约束和激励知识集群主体、发挥网络多媒体优势等途径,让师傅更有效地讲授、传递知识,让学生更高效地接受、掌握知识,让现代学徒制人才培养模式真正服务于高职教育。

       

      Abstract: Modern apprenticeship talent cultivation mode is a powerful grasp of vocational education.Based on the rule of knowledge production mode 3, it analyzes the features of multi-subject participation, multilevel transmission,multi-knowledge cluster and network application of modern apprenticeship talent cultivation process,and puts forward the improvement strategies of modern apprenticeship talent cultivation.Through formulating behavior standard of main body in the implementation process,building different levels of knowledge transmission field,effectively restraining and motivating the subject of knowledge cluster,giving full play to the advantages of network multimedia,let the teacher teach more effectively and transfer knowledge, let the student to accept and grasp knowledge more efficiently, make modern apprenticeship talent cultivation mode really serve in higher vocational education.
