Abstract: According to the analysis of talent cultivation status data in five years of the Yellow River Conservancy Technical Institute, it finds out the problems existing in conditions of running school, enrollment, faculty building, specialty building and school-enterprise cooperation.It helps the institute to think specifically about the way to solve the problem,provides data support for scientific decision-making and quality improvement of higher vocational colleges,also provides useful reference for other higher vocational colleges to solve similar problems.
