    应用型本科院校高层次人才队伍精准建设路径研究

    Research on Construction Path of High-level Talent Team Precision Construction of Application-oriented Universities

    • 摘要: 高层次人才是推动高校发展的主导力量,高层次人才队伍建设水平关系高校的发展战略。建设一支具有国际水平和竞争力的高层次人才队伍,有利于推进应用型本科院校的学科梯队建设和创新能力发展。以江苏理工学院高层次人才队伍建设实践为例,针对人才引进、培养过程中存在的问题,拟定了高精尖、应用型、国际化的人才队伍精准建设目标,提出内培外引、流动共享、科学评价、社会保障等精准建设路径,以期为同类院校高层次人才队伍建设提供有益借鉴。

       

      Abstract: High-level talent is the leading force to promote the development of colleges and universities.The construction level of high-level talent is related to the development strategy of colleges and universities.Building a high-level talent team with international-level and competitiveness is conducive to promote the subject echelon construction and the innovation ability development of application-oriented universities.Taking the construction of high-level talent in Jiangsu University of Technology as a case,it analyzes the problems existing in the process of talent introduction and cultivation;it determines the precise construction goals of a high-level,application-oriented and international talent team and proposes the precise construction paths of internal training and external recruitment,flow sharing, scientific evaluation and social security.It provides useful reference for the construction of high-level talent team in similar institutions.
