    基于模糊神经网络的数控机床故障诊断技术研究

    Research on CNC Machine Fault Diagnosis Technology Based on Fuzzy Neural Network

    • 摘要: 为了解决数控机床故障诊断复杂的问题,应用神经网络技术,并结合模糊逻辑推理方法,构建了数控机床故障诊断模型。结合一台搭载FANUC 系统的数控机床,选取典型的故障现象与故障原因作为样本,探讨了该模型在数控机床故障诊断中的应用。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the complex problem of CNC machine fault diagnosis, it constructs a CNC machine fault diagnosis model by using neural network and fuzzy logic reasoning. Selecting the typical fault phenomena and reason of a CNC machine with FANUC system as examples, it explores and discusses the application of this model to CNC machine fault diagnosis.
