Abstract: Students majoring in new chemical materials in higher vocational college are important forces in the future chemical industry and should have good safety awareness and quality.Safety and Protection Technology course are designed to provide student with systematic safety education.Combining with the course orientation and teaching current situation of Safety and Protection Technology course in higher vocational college, by setting up the chemical enterprise safety production simulation training, it puts forward that to bring enterprise typical unit production equipment into the in-class teaching, add chemical maintenance operation training content to strengthen students’ basic knowledge of chemical production and improve students professional skills, professional quality,and the teaching effect.
