Abstract: The innovation and development of subject is the double requirement of “Double First-class”construction strategy mission and innovation-driven development strategy.The subject development can learn from the theoretical connotation of the innovation-driven development strategy.Based on the connotation,in order to innovate and develop the subject, it should innovate the subject development idea, the subject supporting management mechanism and the subject culture atmosphere.The innovation and development of subject should be “tailored”.Based on the development breakthrough points of special subject,it should form a first-class subject team at school and inter-school,establish a scientific and efficient subject management mechanism with a high degree of subject innovation consciousness
