Abstract: Based on the current situation of engineering professional talent cultivation under the background of “One Belt And One Road”, according to the new requirements of the “Sydney Agreement” on cultivation program construction for engineering professional talent, the design idea of the water conservancy specialty reform is put forward and the relevant research results are quoted to provide a model for the international paradigm reform of engineering specialty.
