    物料悬浮速度测试装置试验研究

    Research on Material Suspension Speed Testing Device Experiment

    • 摘要: 物料的悬浮速度是进行物料清选和输送设备设计的重要依据。设计了一种测量物料悬浮速度的装置,分析了该装置的工作原理。用计算机仿真技术分析了在入口速度为5 m/s的条件下,锥筒内的速度和压强分布情况,得到了测试风速与物料悬浮速度的关系。

       

      Abstract: The suspension speed is an important basis of material cleaning and conveying equipment design. A device for testing material suspension speed is designed and its working principle is analyzed.The speed and pressure distribution in cone tube under the condition of 5 m/s inlet speed are analyzed by computer simulation method. The relations of the tested wind speed and the material suspension speed is found out.
