    “校企行”协同育人的高职人才培养模式创新与实践

    Innovation and Practice on Cultivation Mode of Higher Vocational Talents with School-enterprise Collaborative Education

    • 摘要: 围绕目前测绘地理信息类人才培养中存在的问题,从行指委、学校、企业三个方面,分析“校企行”协同育人的必要性,构建了产教深度融合的“3524”人才培养创新模式,重点阐述了共建共享现代职业教育环境、推行基于教学资源库的线上线下混合式教学方法、构建多元考核评价体系等人才培养实施途径,突出了人才培养的实践性、开放性、职业性和创新性,有效提高了人才培养质量。

       

      Abstract: It discusses the existing problems in talent cultivation of surveying and mapping geography information. From the three aspects of higher vocational education development, school development and enterprise development, it analyzes the necessity of school-enterprise collaborative education, and constructs the “3524” talent cultivation innovative mode with deep integration of industry and education. It focuses on the implementation approaches of talent cultivation, such as co-construction and sharing of modern vocational education environment, blended online and offline teaching method based on teaching resource database, and multiple assessment and evaluation system, which highlights the practicality, openness, professionalism and innovation of talent cultivation and effectively improves the quality of personnel training.
