Abstract: With the development of globalization and the increasing of cultural exchanges, the problem of Chinese culture security has become increasingly prominent. Cultural security is of great significance to the high-quality development of Yellow River culture tourism. In view of the cultural security problems of high-quality development of Yellow River culture tourism, completing the top-level design, protecting the ecological environment, improving the brand influence, declaring the world natural and cultural heritage,innovating the development form, setting up culture self-confidence, establishing the safety early warning and emergency response mechanism should be put forward to promote high quality development of Yellow River culture tourism based on cultural security.
