    白鹤滩水电站大坝混凝土智能温控系统的设计与应用

    Design and Application of Concrete Intelligent Temperature Control System of Baihetan Hydropower Station Dam

    • 摘要: 白鹤滩水电站大坝施工时,采用智能温控系统对混凝土从生产、浇筑、通水冷却到保温、养护全过程的温度进行精细化控制。阐述了智能温控系统的设计方案和不同时期的温度控制指标,并采用线性趋势法和累积距平法对12-041#仓2019年4月18日~2019年12月6日的连续温控监测数据进行分析,探讨了大体积混凝土智能温控施工的效果。

       

      Abstract: During the dam construction of Baihetan hydropower station, the intelligent temperature control system is adopted to finely control the temperature of concrete in the whole process from production, pouring, water cooling to thermal insulation and maintenance. The design scheme of the intelligent temperature control system and the temperature control indexes in different periods are described. Based on using the linear trend method and cumulative deviation method to analyze the continuous temperature control monitoring data of 12-041 casting block from April 18, 2019 to December 6, 2019, the effect of intelligent temperature control construction of mass concrete is discussed.
